About Me.
Hey there, I'm Taj Krieger! I'm originally from Switzerland but grew up in sunny California, USA. I've always been an athlete, from soccer and ice hockey to competitive mountain bike racing. My passion for sports led me to dive deep into exercise science, where I spent time in my university's human performance and biomechanics laboratories. I also had the opportunity to race nationally and internationally with a high-level cycling team.
With a Master's degree in exercise science, my coaching approach combines the latest science and technology to maximize training outcomes. I focus on creating personalized, achievable plans that get you to your goals. I'm a firm believer in the power of knowledge and motivation, and I’m here to help you build a healthy, strong body while reaching your fullest potential.
