About Me.

​Hey there, I'm Taj Krieger! I'm originally from Switzerland but grew up in sunny California, USA. I've always been a huge fan of sports, enjoying everything from soccer and ice-hockey to competitive mountain bike racing. When I was in college, I got really into exercise science and had the incredible opportunity to race nationally and internationally with an awesome cycling team. When I wasn't competing, I spent my time volunteering in our campus's human performance and biomechanics labs, trying to understand how the human body works.

As a coach, my approach is all about creating personalized fitness plans that are achievable and tailored to each person's specific needs and dreams. I'm a firm believer in the power of knowledge and motivation, and I'm dedicated to helping my clients understand how to build a healthy and strong body.
